YuMart Return Policy

At YuMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience when returning items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and all accompanying accessories or tags. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, hygiene products, and digital goods are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival. These include, but are not limited to, health and personal care products, software, gift cards, and downloadable items.
  • Items that have been personalized or customized to your specifications are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:
  • Log in to your YuMart account.
  • Navigate to the “My Orders” section and select the order you wish to return.
  • Click on “Request Return” and fill out the return form, specifying the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect items, YuMart will cover the cost of return shipping. A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon approval of your return request. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an item is defective or incorrect. If you received a discount on your order, the refund will be issued based on the amount paid after the discount, not the full retail price.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can follow the standard return process, and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:
  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
  • Hygiene-related items like personal care or beauty products once opened.
  • Downloadable software and digital products.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover all related shipping costs.
